We built a real-time enterprise analytics dashboard on a modern data stack — Superset for visualisation, dbt for data transformation, and a cloud data warehouse as the single source of truth. We connected 14 data sources including CTMS, ERP, and EDC systems. The dashboard was designed with role-based views so each department sees relevant metrics with consistent underlying data.
